And the confusion continues, putting vulnerable humans at risk. RFK Jr has no business making health care decisions for anyone. This administration cannot organize its way out of an open paper gags with a flashlight and written instructions. #We’reOnOurOwn

That he admits no one should take medical advice from him but he is still issuing medical directives confounds me.

I’m not 65 or immunocompromised and I want to have access to covid vaccines. Its my decision whether I want to protect myself and others from a nasty virus or not.

Is there anywhere specifying what the guidelines will be for adults? Idk if my immunodeficiency will fall under moderate/severe so I’m trying to prepare but can’t even find info.

This is very concerning. I remember when he was trying to fight mandates for childhood vaccinations here is California, but he did not succeed. Having him at the helm of our health services for the country is not reassuring at all. My concern is how much effort is there to updating the COVID vaccine to stay current?

Yes, what about adult recommendations? Age limits? Underlying conditions?

Feels like cutting off the public but the rich will still be able to get whatever they need.

The problem is that there is such confusing information coming out, and people are complying and reacting to it. Last week I asked my doctor for a Covid booster and I was denied. I was told I could not have it until the one year mark. My understanding is that you can have it every two months even though that may be exaggerated, and that our current medical understanding would be that it weighs at about six months so that would be a reasonable timeframe to a year. Especially given the fact that Covid is not seasonal. I went to a pharmacy this week and also was denied. I was told that I do not fall into the age range of over 65 and that I do not have conditions that would allow them to give me a vaccine. I’ve heard other people reporting the same. The guy in front of me was also told he cannot get a Covid vaccine.

My understanding is that unless you’re over 65 or immunocompromised, you do have to wait a year. 😕

My doctors office said I had to wait a year. I’m at the nine month mark. But the pharmacy said I do not qualify at all for vaccinations anymore due to not being 65 or severely immune compromised. This is a big problem.

How does this change in light of ACIP the branch of the CDC that made these recommendations being disbanded?

They will be changing the pregnancy vaccination recommendations, as at the top of the CDC page you linked, it states:

"COVID-19 vaccine recommendations

COVID-19 vaccine recommendations have recently been updated for some populations. This page will be updated to align with the updated immunization schedule."

So much medical misinformation, masquerading as the government.

I will not believe anything regarding health, or take any medication or vaccine that has been formulated since November of 2024.
