If the vaccines aren't updated, should we get the ones from last year? Or would they be expired making it a moot point?

I'm worried that we won't have updated Covid vaccines this year.

It’s already developed. The FDA just needs to approve it. So hopefully this doesn’t impact approval.

Recallling what Mr. Trump said during the early stages of the pandemic: if testing doesn't happen, then neither does the disease (paraphrased). This administration is going out of its way to shut down information and scientific development. This applies to economic data (BLS firing), scientific research (university funding cuts), climate science (NOAA evisceration), and the list goes on. It is beyond shameful and these setbacks are irreversible, but there are no willing participants in the parts of our government that are supposed to check/balance the devastation. Wish I had a solution that's better than just staying informed. Ideas?

There were 400,000 COVID deaths when trump was president the first time in 2017 due to him not acting responsibly and lying to the American citizens. All those people's blood is on his hands.

There will now be many more people who will die since RFK JR a Quack, "a person who dishonestly claims to have special knowledge and skill in some field, typically medicine" has removed MRNA from vaccines. He will have the blood of all people who die from Covid and measles and any other vaccine or proven medication that he removes from the publics reach. The death number will be very high.

Excellent report, Dr. Rubin. I'm not sure what it will take for the cadre of people who adore the Secretary to understand. Will disease and deaths staring down on them do it? Maybe Senator Cassidy, the disingenuous sycophant who ushered him in will do it. Hmmm???

The funding was cut for the development of 22 mRNA vaccine development. Do you know what ones those were?

It was RFK who ended the program and in his Op-Ed responding to it the NIH director states that mRNA vaccines are extremely promising for cancer. He also talks about public trust. Everything you state, he has been saying for years regarding the problems with the public trust in COVID vaccines. He wants to do exactly what you do too. I think he wanted this public reaction.

You are the one making it political. If public health and safety was paramount, the shots would have been pulled as soon as the first young healthy man dropped from an overactive immune response and now lives with permanent damage to his previously healthy heart tissue. Shame on YOU for making this political.
